Other trainings: RYT 200H-Hatha from Rishikul Yogshala (Rishikesh, India), 4 levels Thai massage training ITM (Chiang Mai, Thailand), ACE Personal training Certification (Vancouver), Somatic therapy Course (The Embody Lab).
Martial arts: 10 years of varied Martial Arts. Mishah grew up on a sail boat in 50+ countries, his Martial art experience became a little of "Mishah of many trades Master of none". This, However, helped get a larger idea of overlapping movement patterns and principles through different styles. Having had over 50 different teachers in over 12 different styles (Capoeira, Kung fu, Karate, Judo, Muay thai, Boxing, BJJ, Aikido, Tai chi, Pentjak Silat, qi-gong... Etc.) Also travelling to China at some point to live out his Jackie Chan dreams of learning Kung fu near the Shaolin temple, and also Bagua-zhang in its central place Beijing.
Somatics... I consider myself to have been lucky enough to have be introdcued to some of these beautiful processes and bodies of knowlege around 20 years ago. I began with exploring some of the beautiful practices from Feldenkrais technique, and then Alexander technique, Hannah Somatics, Somatic experiencing...etc. Some of the richest explorations, however, have been of and from my own internal world.
Having experienced Bad posture, injuries, and a Near-death experience, I have usually turned to my body and the inner wisdom to help me. The learnings sometimes took years of study, the results I wish to share.
Practice, movement, Life, Process, explore, Being... understand, wisdom, be knowledgable of the internal structures, rise, deepen, ground, fly... Be.
There's so much.
Lets go.
the first step is here.
